Enjoy a day full of Halloween festivities and a kid’s costume contest at LuLu’s fifth annual BooLu’s from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 26. The spooky fun will have pumpkin decorating, kid’s crafts, an inflatable play area, as well as Captain Davy and his crew there for balloon animals, magic and music.
