I came across a Williams Sonoma cookbook entitled “Savoring Italy” for $1 in an antique store in Cave Spring, Georgia. Published in 1999, I feel like this recipe had been waiting patiently for me to come across the book and cook this mouthwatering dish.By the time the water boiled for the pasta, the sauce was almost finished.
